In creating EClaunchsite I've tried to build the ultimate online resource for anyone who wants to start an online business or online component of their offline business. When I was starting out as a netrepreneur myself, I found searching for information on starting and growing an online business to be a very frustrating process. I started with search engines, but I often felt the results were too general or not relevant enough to my question. When I did find a promising link among the search results, often the content had moved or the page had disappeared altogether.
Some websites did offer a lot of relevant information, but it was too complicated and technical for someone who was just starting out. In other cases the navigation was so confusing I finally gave up on finding what I was looking for. Ultimately I did succeed in finding the business and technical information I needed, but it took considerable time and effort to ferret it out. I kept thinking to myself, "Wouldn't it be great if you could just go to one site for all the information, tools and resources you need to start an e-commerce?" EClaunchsite is intended to fill that gap.
EClaunchsite is meant to be a relatively consistent and user-friendly online resource center - the organization of the site will stay the same over time, so you should have no trouble finding what you're looking for. I've tried to move beyond technical jargon and industry buzzwords to provide the information you really want and need in words you can understand. I've tried to give you real-world advice that you can translate into immediate action, and the tools to help you do it. For your convenience, I've also included hundreds of links to other online resources for aspiring netrepreneurs.
